These terms are specific to all Unlimited Plans and are in addition
to the TRUBLUE Terms and Conditions.
Service Description
- The Red Roo and Camel Plans are available to all existing and new customers.
- Customers may connect via any available TRUBLUE SuperPOP in Australia.
- Red Roo has session limits of 4 hours with 15 minute enforced break and 20 minute inactivity idle.
- Camel has session limits of 5 hours with immediate redial, No enforced break and 20 minute inactivity idle.
- Each Red Roo or Camel customer may login for Internet access as often as they wish.
- Multiple connections are not permitted. Data may be delivered via proxy servers.
General
- All payments are subject to the standard TRUBLUE Terms and Conditions.
- Red Roo and Camel Plan, 6 & 12's will automatically be renewed at the end of the term.
- Subscriptions to any Red Roo and Camel Plans may be limited to ensure acceptable network performance.
- During peak periods modems may not always be available.
Use of Service
- Automated methods to avoid disconnection due to inactivity are not permitted.
- Not available for users of Permanent IP addresses; or as a Permanent connection.
- Red Roo and Camel Plans, may not be used for running servers of any kind.
- Red Roo and Camel Plans, may not be used for providing any public information services.
- Red Roo and Camel Plans, may not be used between the hours of 7.00am and 11.00pm daily to download Music or Movie Files.
- Red Roo and Camel Plans, may not be re-sold.
- Red Roo and Camel Plans, are subject to the AUM (Average Usage Monitor) located in the Members Area.
- We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access if these terms are exceeded
What is our definition of Unlimited?
In simple terms.
Not limited too, any fixed download limit or fixed amount of hours.
One simple low price each month. You know how much your monthly bill will be.
If you download 200 megabytes this month and 500 or 600 megabytes next month you will still only pay the same low price.
If you use 50 hours service or a 150 hours, it's still the same low price each month.
It does not mean you can download Gigabytes of data each month
It does not mean you can treat the connection as your own personal permanent connection, (EG: Continuously reconnecting to the Internet and running the full session period 3 or 4 hours, each time).
