We must reserve the right to alter the server configuration from time to time as things are upgraded and adjusted for peak performance, but you can be assured at all times your site is secure and on a well maintain and reliable server. All operating systems including, Linux, PHP, Perl, MySQL etc are always kept up to date as the latest releases are brought out and found to be stable.
Preconfigured scripts are also sometimes removed and others added or upgraded as improvements are made or security issues may dictate. (At no time will already installed scripts from the preconfigured lists be removed unless there has been abuse of some sort by the owner or it presents some immediate security risk.)
